3. Account Registration and Security

3.1 Account Creation

To use our Service, you must create an account by providing accurate, complete, and current information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

3.2 Account Security

You must immediately notify us of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security. We will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with this security obligation.

6. Payment Terms

Subscription fees are billed in advance on a recurring basis (monthly or yearly, depending on your chosen plan). You authorize us to charge your payment method for all fees owed.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ALLSTARTV WHITE LABEL SAAS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, OR GOODWILL.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE LIABILITY.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless AllstarTV White Label SaaS and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, or debt arising from:

• Your use of the Service
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of any third-party rights
• Your Content

12. Termination

12.1 Termination by You

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us or using the account cancellation feature in your dashboard. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately.

12.2 Termination by Us

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including breach of these Terms.

12.3 Effect of Termination

Upon termination, your access to the Service will be discontinued, and we may delete your account and data. We are not obligated to retain any of your data after termination.

13. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction where AllstarTV White Label SaaS is incorporated, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.
